Today, I'm gonna introduce to the handmade burger restaurant "GRATEFUL’S"
that the staff at World Net Rent a Car Muroran visited.
GRATEFUL’S is a nationwide chain store, with stores in Shizuoka, Aichi, Hyogo, Okayama, and Okinawa,
and opened a Muroran store in Hokkaido at the end of last month (February).
There are a variety of seating options, sofa seats, regular table seats and counter seats,
and the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable.
The hamburger bun is an original recipe using whole wheat,
and since the dough arrived from their factory is freshly baked at the store every morning,
it is rich in flavor and soft.
Homemade patties are molded and grilled when an order is placed,
so it takes a long time, but the umami of the meat remains intact.
The one on the left of the photo is the Mochico Chicken Burger (Mochico Fried Chicken, seasonal vegetables, lettuce, tomato).
Mochiko Chicken is a popular Hawaii dish of chicken that is marinated in a mochiko flour batter and deep-fried.
On the right is Apple Honey Hunt (apple, cream cheese, honey, walnuts, cinnamon), a dessert-style burger.
It is a unique dessert with a good combination of apple and cream cheese.
Finally, we ordered a burger called Fujiyama (patty, egg, plum, lettuce, tomato, teriyaki sauce).
Although it is a thick teriyaki sauce, with the freshness of the plum makes it delicious until the last bite.
Muroran has a strong image as an industrial city with many steel mills and oil factories.
Muroran’s representative food is “Muroran Curry Ramen”
or “Muroran Yakitori” which features a combination of pork, onion and mustard,
but if you want to enjoy more sophisticated food in Muroran,
how about GRATEFUL’S Homemade Burger?
