How to check-in for a rental car at the Asahikawa Airport
When arriving the A gate or B gate in Domestic Terminal, please come to the car rental reception in front.
※Check-in for Passengers arriving International terminal is the same reception desk.
Our staff members will be waiting for your arrival to the reception desk on 1st floor of the airport in time for your flight arrival.

After check-in, take the shuttle bus to the sales office.(taking about 10 minutes)
Pick-up and returning a car at the reception desk in the airport is strictly prohibited.
Please return a car to the sales office 1 hour (1.5 hours in case of international flight) before your flight departure time at least.
After returning a car, it is available for a shuttle bus to the airport.
