How to check-in for a rental car at the New Chitose Airport (Domestic terminal)
There is a car rental reception desk located on the 1st floor of the Domestic Terminal.
Our staff members will be waiting for you from 8 am to 5 pm, please let us know your reservation number. We will prepare a shuttle bus going to the sales office.
If no one there, please call us using a phone at the reception desk.
When you pick up a receiver, it will be connected to the sales office automatically.
※In order to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus infection, we have limited and shortened the time to stay for the staff at the reception desk. If there is no staff, please call us using a phone at the desk.
Pick-up and returning a car at the reception desk in the airport is prohibited.
It is available to take free shuttle bus to the sales office (taking 10~15 minutes).
Please return a car to the sales office 1.5 hours ~ 2 hours before your flight departure time at least.
After returning a car, it is available for a shuttle bus to the airport.
Please note that the last shuttle bus going to the airport departs at 7 pm from the sales office.
To the car rental reception desk in Domestic Terminal
From the 1~3 arrival gates (ANA, AIRDO, Peach and etc.)
1.Exit the arrival gate and go straight to the center of the terminal (near Arrival Gate 3).
2.Visit a World Net Rent-A-Car reception desk.
3.If no staff there, call us using a phone at the desk. Pick up a receiver, then it will be connected to the sales office automatically.
4.After check-in, go to the sales office taking a free shuttle bus.
(taking 10~15 minutes)
From the 4, 5 arrival gates (JAL, Skymark, JetStar, Airasia and etc.)
【Guidance for making a detour】
Due to current undergoing construction of New Chitose Airport, it needs to take a detour to the exterior corridor for coming the car rental reception desk for passengers of JAL, Skymark, Jetstar, and also passengers arriving 4, 5 gates.
※Even if there is a free shuttle bus on the way to the car rental reception desk while taking a detour, we kindly ask that you take the bus only after you have visited the reception desk.
1.Exit the terminal building to the bus and taxi lane and go straight to the right.
2.Enter the building by the entrance about 80 meters ahead. (Entrances are located near bus stops number 18 and 19.)
※There is a shuttle bus stop on the way, but make sure to get on after you visit the car rental reception.
3.The reception desk on the left as soon as you enter the entrance is for World Net Rent-A-Car.
4.If no staff there, call us using a phone at the reception desk.
When you pick up a receiver, it will be connected to the sales office automatically.
5.After check-in, go to the sales office taking a free shuttle bus.

Our staff members will be waiting for you from 10 am to 2 pm, please let us know your reservation number. We will prepare a shuttle bus going to the sales office.
If no one there, please call us using a phone at the reception desk.
When you pick up a receiver and press number 1, it will be connected to the sales office automatically.
Please feel free to contact us since we have staff who can English, and Chinese.

1.Turn left and go straight from the arrival gate.
2.Turn left at a dead end.
3.Then, get on the down escalator on the right.
4.Get off the escalator and turn left.
5.Go straight, there are car rental reception desks on the right and a shuttle bus platform on the left.
Desk for World Net Rent-A-Car is located in front of the 2nd (between Toyota Rent-a-Car and JR Rent-a-Car).
6.If no one there, pick up a receiver and press number 1 using a phone at the desk, it will be connected to the sales office automatically.
