This is about how to refund when you cancel a reservation that has been completed by online card payment.
In general, the amount will be refunded through the credit card you used when making online payment.
It is able to transfer Japanese Yen only,
the settlement amount and refund amount could be changed depending on the exchange rate on the settlement date.
We kindly ask your understanding in advance.
In the following cases, we will refund the amount through overseas remittance
instead of refunding through a credit card.
・Cancellation passed 180 days from the date of reservation (settlement day)
※If you have an account at a bank in Japan, we will transfer it to your account in Japan.
The payment passed 180 days from settlement day is cleared from the system by privacy policy,
refunds through credit card is not possible.
For those who are eligible, we will contact you by email, LINE or KakaoTalk
that you registered when making a reservation to inquire about the remittance account information.
Following fees for overseas remittance are customer burden.
・Transfer fee JPY 7,500
・Intermediary bank fee JPY 3,000
・Lifting charge JPY 2,500

(If you have a bank account in Japan, the above remittance fee will not be incurred,
but you will have to pay the transfer fee specified by the bank.）
