We plan to use a rental car in October,
does the car have winter/studless tires…?
At every Sales Office,
we exchange the normal/summer tires to winter tires in order from October.
Therefore, summer and winter tires are mixed in October.
Unless there is no heavy snow, you can drive with summer tires🙏💦
If you plan to drive in the snowiest area like the Mountain Pass,
please contact our Reservation Center after completing your booking.
We will arrange the car with snow tires ＼(^o^)／

Can I specify the 4WD car?
We are afraid that we have no 4WD cars for HVA class.
So, we cannot accept/guarantee your request of 4WD 🙇💦
For another class, we have the both of FF or 4WD cars.
It might be FF or 4WD depending on the stock situation 🚙💨
We cannot guarantee, but we can only accept your request of 4WD as high priority.
So, if it is available on the pick-up date, you can rent the 4WD car.
