If you go out of Arrival gate 1-3, please go left (toward the JAL arrival gate)
If you go out of Arrival gate 4,5, please go right (toward the ANA arrival gate)

The customers arrived from the JAL side
need to go outside <to BUS/TAXI LANE> first to go to our rental car counter.

Our staff will pick you up at the counter.
I would like to know the exact car model
on the pick-up date beforehand.
The car model which you will have on the pick-up date will be determined
on the previous evening before your departure.
In some cases, it might not be identified/cleared on the pick-up date.

I would like to return a car directly at the airport.
We are afraid that you can only pick up/return only at the sales office.💦💦
If you bring your rental car at the airport,
please note that we cannot do the procedure for return 🙇💦
Could you pick us up at the hotel or the nearby station?
We only have a free shuttle service between the airport and our sales office.
