Hokkaido Expressway Pass rental service is stopped for the time being.

Since it is provided by NEXCO East Japan,

the timing of resumption is undecided. We will let you know as soon as possible we know.

Also, it is not possible to rent Hokkaido expressway Pass

even though customers have already made a reservation with a Hokkaido Expressway Pass.

For customers who have already paid online,

we will like to refund a HEP fee through the card company you have paid.
