Introducing Axio HYBRID, TOYOTA's hybrid car. Being the sedan-type vehicle it is, Axio HYBRID has a hybrid system also found in Toyota's AQUA. The fuel economy of Axio HYBRID is 33.8km/L, making it a highly efficient hybrid vehicle. While the vehicle is quiet - as all hybrids are supposed to be - and the turning in a small radius, giving the driver a satisfying driving experience.
The vehicle's interior isn't like the ordinary hybrid cars, it has the structure to be able to drive without feeling discomfort.
To start the vehicle's engine, step down on the brake while simultaneous pressing the push button on the right side of the steering wheel with the smart key inside of a car.

The shift knob in this vehicle is the gate type automatic shift knob, meaning that it works the same way as it the regular shift knob works in gas-powered vehicles, so fear not even if it's your first time driving a hybrid.
The parking brake comes with an EV Drive Mode switch. Only the motor will be running if you press this switch. This switch comes in handy when you wish to enjoy a quiet drive while reducing the vehicle's emission.
