What kind of things do I need when I rent a car?
Please bring your driving license🚗
Also, customers from overseas, or having non Japanese nationality
have to bring International Driving License(issued in accordance with Convention at Geneva 1949)
permitted for driving in Japan and passport.
Even though you made a reservation beforehand,
please note that we cannot rent a car if you don't bring these documents.
Is the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) included？
When you made a reservation via official website,
the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is included in your basic fee.
Some packages of service brokers or tour companies may not included CDW,
please contact us or company where you reserve it
if you would like to know that your package is included or not🙇
Is ETC included？
All vehicles are included ETC device as standard equipment.
We don't have a service for renting ETC card only,
so please prepare by yourself.
(When you reserve HEP package, ETC card is included)
How do I pay the rent a car fee？
It depends on your booking status.
If you made a reservation via official website, please pay at the sales office.
You can pay by cash or credit card.
In some cases, you do not need to pay the basic fee at the sales office
when you pay it in advance, such as reservations like packages of tour company or Rakuten, Jalan.
It differs on your booking details, please contact us if you would like to know🙇
