This season, we got many cancellation notification from customers living in western Japan,
or from customers who want to cancel their trip to Hokkaido and to go to volunteer.
Even a lot of customers are in a difficult situation,
we thank you for concerning and asking in our area like,
「How about the weather in Hokkaido？」💦
BUT, personally I would like apologize because...
When the customers ask us 「How about the weather in Hokkaido？」,
and then I answer 「It's very nice weather」,
next day will be rain (or cloudy) with a pretty high probability...☂
The weather keep raining or cloudy like this...
I think it had better avoid this word「Nice Weather」for me...
So this time, I introduce inquiries from customers who used New Chitose Airport sales office

I arrived at New Chitose Airport, what should I do next?
Please come to rental car counter at 1F in domestic arrival hall.
For customers use domestic flight,
If you arrive at arrival gate 1~3, you need to go to the left(JAL side),
if you arrive at arrival gate 4・5, you need to go to the right(ANA side).
For customers using arrival gate 4・5, Please exit the airport to bus/taxi lane,
and then use detour.
If you use international flight, please come to information center at 1F.

I arrived rental car counter in New Chitose Airport,
but no staff in there…💦
