If you bring skis and snowboards, you need to put them in the car.
So, we recommend you to book the bigger-sized car.
Can I rent tire chains?
This is the frequently asked question from overseas.

We don't rent tire chains…🙇💦
However, all cars have been equipped with studless/snow tires,
so you can drive a car sufficiently without tire chains🚗💨
I would like to install the baby / child /junior seat
on the passenger’s seat.
This is the case requested by customers who will use a car
with the number of 2 adults and 2 children.
In consideration of safety for your child,
we do not recommend customers to install a child safety seat on the passenger’s seat.
Our staff only install a child safety seat on the back seat🙇💦
As I forgot the driver’s license on the pick-up date,
so is the copy all right?
