Online reservation can be performed on the same day, up to 4 hours before arrival, which means that you do not need to worry even if you are in a hurry.
Offering at a reasonable price for online reservations in official website
For customers who make reservations on this website, we are offering rental cars at a reasonable price than regular price (through telephone reservations) or other agents.
Reservations are able to make by online anytime, and pre-payments are available.
Take note of your reservation number
The reservation number, which is displayed after the reservation is completed, is necessary to confirm, change, or cancel your reservation. Make sure to take note of it.

Procedure of pick up a rental car
Please present your driver's license that able to drive in Japan when we make a contract.
※You cannot rent a car without a driver's license or with a driver's license that is not valid in Japan.
As for using a car, the details of compensation or precautions are provided. (Please sign the car rental contract after accepting it.)
Payment of fee
(Customers only selected "Local Payment")
Please pay of fees according to the contract details when time of departure.
Payments can be made in cash or credit cards.
※Customers who is already made payment by Online will be receiving explanations of compensation details and going to parking lot for checking a car directly.
There will be a settlement for excess time (days) and unfilled fuel costs when returning.
Checking the car with the staff and departing
A member of the staff will check the car's exterior together with you and you can then depart.
About returning rented cars
Drop-off is allowed at other branches
When reserving, you are given the convenient option to select a different branch for car drop-off than the one you picked up the car in. (Please change your return branch during reservation if you want to make use of the drop-off service)
*Using the drop-off service will result in an additional fee
When returning the car, fill the tank at the nearest gas station
When you return a rented car, please return it with a full tank.
If the tank is not full, we will charge for an additional five liters (as commission) and an approximation of the empty tank volume.
Payment for extended use is made upon return
If you use the car for more time than originally reserved for, you will be asked to pay the extension fee upon returning it.
*Please contact the branch from which you have borrowed the car if you want to extend the use time.
Depending on the current status of reservations, it may not be possible to extend the rental time.
